Hikaru is arguably the most famous and successful streamer on Twitch…there are a few that might rival him in visibility, but none that have his combination of chess skill, streaming acumen, worldwide reputation, and loyal followers. While I enjoy watching him sometimes, other times I find him a little annoying and I’m just not a huge fan of his attitude and demeanor…I know I am in the minority here, and sometimes I watch him to see his amazing skill and speed, but just not my favorite most of the time.
